Purpose: To ensure site security, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical issues. Server logs are generated by our hosting provider (Vercel) and our CDN/security provider (Cloudflare) as part of normal website operations.

Purpose: We do not currently use any analytics tools on this website. If we enable analytics in the future, we will update this policy and ensure that any analytics cookies or scripts only load after you actively opt in via the cookie consent banner.

Data shared: IP address, request headers, browser information. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security purposes (e.g. __cf_bm for bot management).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.
How Long We Keep Your Data
- Contact form messages: Retained until your enquiry is resolved, then deleted within 6 months unless a longer retention is legally required.
- Newsletter subscribers: Retained for as long as your subscription is active. Deleted within 30 days of unsubscribing.
- Server logs: Automatically purged after 30 days.
- Cookie consent preferences: Stored in your browser's localStorage indefinitely until you clear your browser data or change your preferences.
Your Rights Under the GDPR
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten") — Ask us to delete your personal data.
